The Councils have appointed the following panel of Hearing
Commissioners:
Mr John Lumsden (chair), Mr Terry Archer and Dr Greg Ryder
It is expected that resource consent hearings on the proposal will
commence in August 2008.
The provisional time-table is as follows:
In Westport at the Bridge Club, Lyndhurst Street.
Running from 25-29 August, followed by a 2 week recess then running from
15-26 September, followed by a one week recess then 6 -24 October 2008
and if necessary the week of 28-31 October 2008 is also set aside.
Please note the timetable is provisional and may be subject to
alteration.
